Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon across the Rolling Plains and portions of the central and eastern South Plains. These storms will be capable of producing wind gusts to 60 mph, very large hail up to the size of baseballs, and a tornado or two. The severe thunderstorm threat is expected to diminish after midnight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Thunderstorm chances continue into Tuesday and Wednesday across the entire area.
