NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN PARISHES THROUGH 915 AM CDT...

At 839 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Crowville, or 11 miles northeast of Winnsboro, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
