...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN RICE AND SOUTHEASTERN
BARTON COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 531 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles west of Raymond, or 7 miles southeast of Ellinwood, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lyons, Chase, Geneseo, Raymond, Frederick, and Silica.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
