Keokuk, northwestern Des Moines, southern Washington, northern Van
Buren, northwestern Lee, southwestern Louisa and Jefferson Counties
through 1215 PM CDT...

At 1134 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Harper to Fairfield to 7
miles southwest of Batavia. Movement was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects.
