Wyoming and southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Strong southwest winds expected today and tonight with critical
blowoff or blowover potential for light weight and high profile
vehicles. High Wind Warnings are in effect for today and tonight.
Moderate to heavy snow is expected over the Snowy and Sierra Madre
Ranges today through Sunday. Winter STorm Warnings are in effect
with 1 to 2 feet of expected snowfall. Lower elevations around the
Snowy and Sierra Madre Ranges expected to see 6 to 8 inches of
snowfall. Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for southwest
Carbon County...the Arlington area on Interstate 80 and the Upper
North Platte River Valley to include Saratoga.

Nebraska...east central Wyoming and southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Strong southwest winds are likely today. High Wind Warnings are in
effect for southeast Wyoming areas along Interstate 25.  Fire
weather danger will be high today with these strong winds and dry
afternoon humidity. Red Flag Warnings are in effect for late
morning through the afternoon.

Strong winds may spread out of southeast Wyoming this evening into
the Nebraska Panhandle. High Wind Watches have been posted for
Niobrara and Goshen Counties in southeast Wyoming as well as the
northern Nebraska Panhandle for tonight through Sunday.

...A SNOW SQUALL WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN ALBANY AND NORTHWESTERN
LARAMIE COUNTIES...

At 928 PM MST...A snow squall was along a line extending from near
Baldy Peak to 6 miles northwest of Four Corners...and moving east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 25 mph and visibilities less than one
         half mile.

SOURCE...Radar and Webcams.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel conditions due to slick roads and low
         visibilities.

Locations impacted include...
Laramie, Tie City Campground, Bosler, Vedauwoo, Tie Siding,
University Of Wyoming War Memorial Stadium, Pumpkin Vine, Vedauwoo
Campground, Iron Mountain, Baldy Peak, Lake Hattie Reservoir, Woods
Landing, The Buttes, Hutton Lake, Yellow Pine Campground, and Woods
Landing-Jelm.

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 291 and
332.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
