At 1254 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing small hail and gusty outflow winds 17 miles
south of Wheatland near Chugwater, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, penny size hail and a weak
         landspout may be possible with this storm.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
