Low relative humidity with breezy conditions could allow any fire start to spread rapidly. Very hot temperatures around 100 degrees are expected across the urban corridor and plains. A Heat Advisory is in effect for the urban corridor. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Dry conditions and hot temperatures are expected through Thursday with elevated fire weather conditions. The chance of late day showers and thunderstorms will return to the forecast area Friday into next week. Temperatures are expected to be a bit cooler, but nothing significant. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
