Accumulating snow and blowing snow continue through much of the
day, especially across northwest lower and eastern upper Michigan.
Hazardous driving conditions are expected as a result. See the

Strong northwest winds are expected across northern Michigan,
perhaps leading to isolated power outages. See the latest Wind
Advisory for additional details.

Lake effect snow continues across portions of eastern upper
Michigan Thursday morning.
