This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible tonight, with
large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards, but an isolated
tornado can't be ruled out. Localized flash flooding from very
heavy rainfall will also be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thunderstorms will continue to be possible each day Thursday
through Sunday. Severe weather will be possible each day, with
hail and damaging winds being the main threats, and although
tornados don't appear to be likely, they can't be ruled out.
Localized Flash Flooding will be possible as well with the
thunderstorms.

THROUGH MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1130 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles south of Campo, or 17 miles northwest of Boise City, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Cimarron County.

At 1146 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of Cactus to 4 miles south of
Dumas to 4 miles west of Masterson. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.
