The heaviest snow expected will be west and north of Fairbanks. Fairbanks could still see 1 to 2 inches on Sunday. Also we expect strong winds gusting to 35 mph over the higher terrain producing blowing snow and low visibility along the Steese, Elliott and Dalton Highways late Saturday night into Sunday.
