areas along and north of Highway 412, with the expectation that

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Daily thunderstorm chances are expected to continue through the
weekend as a moist and unstable airmass lingers over the region.
The best chance of severe weather looks to occur on Thursday
evening in areas northwest of Interstate 44, as storms that
develop to the west along the dryline move into the area. Over the
weekend, a cold front will slowly move through the area,
providing a focus for more widespread showers and thunderstorms
with locally heavy rainfall possible.
