southwestern Liberty and northwestern Franklin Counties through 245
PM EDT/145 PM CDT/...

At 203 PM EDT/103 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm over Wewahitchka, or 19 miles north of Port St. Joe,
moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
