This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of west central
Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Severe thunderstorms are possible across the area late this
afternoon and evening especially south and west of a Sterling City
to Eldorado to Sonora line. The main hazards are damaging winds
and large hail. Chances for a tornado are low but not zero. These
storms could also produce heavy rainfall over a short period of
time. Soils are nearly saturated for much of the area so downpours
could cause some localized flash flooding problems.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible through early next week,
which may result in localized flooding. Any thunderstorms that
occur will produce dangerous cloud to ground lightning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will likely be needed later this afternoon and
evening.
