The combination of high temperatures in the 90s and a very muggy
airmass will result in multiple days with heat index values above
100 degrees Sunday through much of next week.

northeastern Orange, Granville, northern Durham and northwestern
Franklin Counties through 230 AM EDT...

At 128 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Henderson to Hillsborough. Movement was
south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
