...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Sussex
and southern Kent Counties through 345 PM EDT...

At 319 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Harrington, or 18 miles south of Dover, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
