...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern New
Castle County through 245 PM EDT...

At 208 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bear, or near Newark, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Newark, Elsmere, New Castle, Delaware City, Newport,
Saint Georges, Greenville, Stanton, North Star, Glasgow, Bear,
Wilmington Manor, Pike Creek, Hockessin and Brookside.

This includes Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 2 and
13.
