  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
  has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 1.25 inches in 1 
  hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

MORNING FOR WEST CENTRAL SUSSEX, WARREN, NORTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON, 
AND EAST CENTRAL MONROE COUNTIES...

At 432 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 1.5 inches in 1 hour. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

* At 658 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in 
  Bangor and Forks Township in Northampton County. Between 2 and 4.5 
  inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. 
  Although the storms producing the heavy rain have moved out of the 
  warned area, it will take time for flood waters to recede. Thus 
  the flash flood warning has been extended.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
