The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT Sunday.

* At 241 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Wyomissing, Sinking Spring, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Robesonia, 
  Bernville, Strausstown, New Morgan, Shillington, Mohnton, 
  Kenhorst, and West Wyomissing.

This includes the following highways...
	Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 10 and 30.
	Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 4 and 10.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY...

At 414 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain. At 3:54 PM, trained spotters reported street 
flooding with road closures in Spring Township, PA. Between 1.5 and 
3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 
1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
