LEHIGH, SOUTHERN NORTHAMPTON, AND NORTH CENTRAL BUCKS COUNTIES...

At 225 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain. At 2:15 EDT, Hunterdon County 911 Call Center 
reported flooded roadways in Holland Township, NJ. Between 1.5 and 
2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 
to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...

At 545 PM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain. At 5:05 PM, Bucks County Emergency Management reported 
evacuations in Durham Township, PA due to rising water from Cooks 
Creek. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned 
area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses.
