...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Northwest Orange
County through 745 PM EDT...

At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Lava to Crandon Lakes. Movement was northeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Port Jervis, Huguenot, Unionville and Deerpark.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
