Southern MN will have snow and ice, with heavy snow elsewhere to the north. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour Tuesday morning from 6AM through 12PM as a band of heavy snow lifts northward across the area. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
