There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon
through this evening, mainly south of I-20. Any severe storms that
do develop may be accompanied by large hail and damaging winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms late afternoon and
early evening Tuesday, mainly along and west of the Pecos.  Any
severe storms that do develop may be accompanied by large hail and
damaging winds.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN REAGAN COUNTY
THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 249 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Barnhart, or 12 miles southeast of Big Lake, moving southeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Reagan
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
