southwest Texas and western Texas.

There is a marginal risk of severe storms mid-afternoon and evening,
mainly along and east of the Pecos.  Any severe storms that do
develop will be accompanied by damaging winds and large hail. Heavy
rainfall may also result in flash flooding.
