This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms will become widespread today as a cold
front pushes through the area. There is an increase threat for
severe storms this afternoon and evening as the cold front pushes
through the state. The southeastern half of the state currently
sees the greatest risk for hail...damaging winds...and tornadoes.
Additionally, flash flooding will be possible across portions of
the state given already saturated soils and heavy rainfall
expected.

Make sure to remain weather aware today and have multiple ways to
receive warnings. Additionally, have a plan in place should you
be put under a tornado warning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday
