This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

Thunderstorms with lightning, heavy rain, and strong to locally
severe wind gusts are expected early tonight, primarily across
southern portions of central Indiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Monday...then again late
Wednesday through Thursday. Any thunderstorm will be capable of brief
heavy rainfall and lightning.

At 1135 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles west of Bedford, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Knox, Martin,
Lawrence, southern Jackson and Daviess Counties through 1245 AM
EDT...

At 1140 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Bedford to near Mount Carmel. Movement was
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.
