This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will begin over the northern mountains this evening and
overnight. Outside of that, breezy and milder conditions expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Strong wind gusts exceeding 60 mph in the lower elevations and
70 mph in the mountains are likely Monday afternoon across
portions of east-central and southeast Utah as well as west-
central and southwest Colorado. Moderate to heavy snow is likely
Monday night into Tuesday as a strong cold front and storm system
moves through. Cold temperatures will support snow in the valleys.
Blowing and drifting snow is expected especially in the
mountains. The snow should end late Tuesday for most areas with
unsettled conditions potentially through Thursday.
