warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen as
Hurricane Idalia continues to move across southeast Georgia.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
rain continues over the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain
have fallen since this morning. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1
inch are possible in the warned area as Idalia moves out of Georgia.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
