 Two rounds of storms are expected today. the first round of storms
 this morning may produce a few strong storms capable of small hail,
 gusty winds and heavy rain. The second round of storms expected this
 afternoon into this evening will have the potential to be severe
 with large hail, damaging winds, and flash flooding all possible.
 An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out as well.
