northeastern Morton, southern Kearny, Finney, Grant, south central
Scott, Stevens, eastern Stanton, northwestern Gray and Haskell
Counties through 1230 AM CDT...

At 1142 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong outflow winds from
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Friend to 11 miles
southeast of Johnson City. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. Areas of blowing dust are
         likely.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
