AND NORTHEASTERN OSWEGO COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM EDT...

At 1202 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles northwest of Henderson Harbor to near
Pulaski. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Watertown, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Fort Drum, Carthage,
Lowville, Pulaski, West Carthage, Clayton, Adams, Dexter, Glen Park,
Herrings, Kring Point State Park, Adams Center, Wellesley Island
