Jefferson and north central Lewis Counties through 300 PM EDT...

At 206 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Herrings, or near Fort Drum, moving north at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph, penny size hail, and heavy rain.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible. Heavy rains could cause flooding.

Fulton, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph, penny size hail, and heavy rain.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible. Heavy rains could cause flooding.

Fulton, Hastings, Volney, Palermo, Phoenix, Mexico, Parish,
Pennellville, and Hinmansville.
