COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A lake effect snow band accompanied by winds of up to 30
MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a
mile. This lake effect snow band is producing extremely heavy snow at
the rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 117 PM EST, a lake effect snow band
extended from Lake Ontario near Adams Center to northern Lewis
county0, slowly moving southward.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Watertown, Fort Drum, Stony Point, Carthage, West Carthage, Adams,
Glen Park, Herrings, Adams Center, Henderson Harbor, Barnes Corners,
Southwick Beach State Park, Denmark, New Bremen, Sackets Harbor,
Henderson, Black River, Smithville, Rodman and Brownville.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 39 and 47.
