...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Windham
and east central Tolland Counties through 400 PM EDT...

At 321 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Chaplin, or near Mansfield, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Strong winds could cause minor damage such as downed
         branches. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Mansfield, Windham, Plainfield, Willimantic, Brooklyn, Canterbury,
Ashford, Chaplin, Hampton, Eastford and Scotland.
