northwestern Madison and southeastern Onondaga Counties through 1100
AM EDT...

At 1028 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sullivan, or 8 miles west of Oneida, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Syracuse, Rome, De Witt, Sullivan, Oneida, Lenox, Pompey, Verona,
