...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern
Lackawanna and southwestern Wayne Counties through 115 AM EDT...

At 1247 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Gouldsboro, or 10 miles south of Scranton, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Moscow, Lehigh, Gouldsboro, Springbrook Corners, Daleville,
Yostville, Quicktown and Fells Corners.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 380 between 20 and 22.
