This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern New York.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Widespread rain and thunderstorms are expected Sunday through
Monday. Thunderstorms will likely produce heavy rain at times, which
may result in flooding of urban and low lying areas. Flash flooding
is possible for areas that see repeated heavy downpours or training
convection. If expected rainfall amounts increase, then the flood
watch could be expanded to include this area.

In addition, there is a chance for thunderstorms Thursday and
Friday, mainly in the afternoon and evening hours.

County through MIDNIGHT EDT...

At 1110 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Grahamsville, or 12 miles northwest of Ellenville, moving northeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Heavy rains could cause ponding of water
         on roads.

Locations impacted include...
Woodland Valley Campground, West Shokan, Olivebridge, Denning,
Ashokan, Cherrytown, Samsonville, Palentown, Sundown, Oliverea,
Pacama, Brodhead, Liebhardt, Woodland, Branch, Greenfield Park,
Boiceville, Frost Valley, Lackawack and Peekamoose.

and south central Greene Counties through 100 AM EDT...

At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mount Tremper, or 13 miles south of Hunter, moving northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Heavy rains could cause ponding of water.

Locations impacted include...
Saugerties, Hunter, Woodstock, Woodland Valley Campground, West
Hurley, West Shokan, Kenneth L Wilson Campground, Mount Tremper,
Lanesville, Olivebridge, Phoenicia, Veteran, Centerville,
