Schoharie County through 700 PM EDT...

At 621 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Davenport, or 14 miles northeast of Delhi, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph, penny size hail, and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible. Heavy rains could cause flooding.
