* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing 
  snow could reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less at 
  times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will spread into the Pribilofs this
  afternoon and evening as northeast winds increase and persist
  through Friday afternoon. The worst conditions and strongest 
  winds are expected for Saint George, with falling snow expected
