At 212 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Tinnie, or 22 miles east of Ruidoso. This storm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hondo, San Patricio and Tinnie.

This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 99 and 107.

along a line extending from Rio Rancho to near Bosque Farms.
Movement was east at 45 mph. Thunderstorms will develop over the
metro area in the wake of these strong winds.
