...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN SANDOVAL
AND BERNALILLO COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM MDT...

At 324 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
northeastern Albuquerque, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Albuquerque, southern Rio Rancho, Corrales, Los Ranchos De
Albuquerque, Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Cabezon, Paradise Hills, South
Valley and Sandia Heights.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 151 and 176.
 Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 217 and 237.

Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and
ponding of water on highways as storms move through the area.
