southwestern Wakulla, southern Liberty and north central Franklin
Counties through 130 PM EDT...

At 101 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles northwest of Carrabelle, moving west at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
