southeastern Taylor Counties through 700 AM EDT...

At 613 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Horseshoe Point, or 12 miles south of Steinhatchee, moving northeast
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
