Diego County through 200 PM PDT...

At 101 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fish Creek Wash, or 8 miles southeast of Hwy 78 Between S2 And
Borrego Springs Rd, moving northwest at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
