* At 950 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Gainesville, or 17 miles north of Mountain Home,
  moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
