A localized flooding risk continues, primarily east of Highway 65 where 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain has already fallen. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. There is the potential for some frost and freeze Thursday night into Friday morning.
