southeastern Montgomery, Richmond, southwestern Lee and Hoke Counties
through 1230 PM EDT...

At 1131 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Biscoe to near Hamlet to
near Bennettsville. Movement was north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
