Umatilla and southwestern Union Counties through 300 PM PDT...

At 220 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Starkey, or 21 miles southwest of La Grande, moving
north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
