...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Claiborne, western
Hancock, north central Grainger and southwestern Lee Counties through
1045 PM EDT...

At 1005 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Chenoa, or 7 miles west of Middlesboro, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 45 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
New Tazewell, Tazewell, Harrogate, Howard Quarter, Cumberland Gap,
Arthur and Powell River Preserve.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
