.AVIATION...
[Through 1800 UTC Monday]

Large area of SHRA/TSRA has been progressing eastward across
northern FL, presently from KGNV northward to GA border. None of our
hi-res computer models has a clue about this, showing very little
precipitation in northern FL. So based on environment, I have
extrapolated radar motion, and pushed the time frame for TSRA in
TAFS up a few hours, mainly in the 18z-22z period, perhaps lasting
thru 00z along coast. Lower conditions and gusty winds expected
within TSRA. Outside of storms, VFR conditions expected through
the first half of the Monday holiday.

.PREV DISCUSSION [830 AM EDT]...
.UPDATE...

Clear to partly cloudy skies expected through the morning, while
convection increases along the W coast of N FL with sea breeze.
Will see an increase in shower/storm coverage across the area
during the afternoon given moist unstable environment.
Interestingly, model guidance suggets a somewhat divergent surface
wind pattern across the region with WSW flow over Srn GA and W
flow over nrn FL. Looks like sea breezes will be the main focus
for any convection, with more widespread activity over Nrn FL than
Srn GA. Current high temperature forecast for Today looks good.

&&

.MARINE...

A high pressure ridge is extending over the local waters from the
Bermuda high to the east in the Atlantic and will remain in place
through at least the middle of next week. This will support a
south to southwest wind 5-15 kts, 2-4 ft seas, and scattered
showers and thunderstorms over the waters each day.

Rip Currents: Moderate Risk of Rip currents at NE FL and SE GA
beaches today and Monday.
