couple of storms could briefly become severe, producing damaging
wind gusts and large hail. Hot and humid conditions will develop as
well this afternoon. Heat index values over 100 degrees are expected.

Scattered thunderstorms will develop across the area Tuesday. A few
of the storms could become severe with damaging winds the main
threat. The hot and humid conditions will continue Tuesday and
